"Nothing to fault, will be back and recommend to others"
"it's one of the best hotel in the area, look alike family not employs , our room was fantastic with a great view, sure i recommend"
"Breakfast was amazing and service was really friendly and efficient. Rooms could do with a bit of work. Very dated shower and sliding door to bathroom."
"Fantastic locationVery friendly staff"
"Although the weather was really bad the day we arrived, the warm welcome at the reception was lightening our day. We really appreciated the friendliness of all the staff."
"My husband and I stayed in the self-catering unit for 2 nights. We were very disappointed when the room was not the same as the picture when I booked. I thought I booked a spacious room with enough space for my one year old who will sleep in the cot that I brought with...I also phoned to ask if it would be in order to bring my baby along and I was assured that it wouldn't be a problem. I also expected a bath for my baby, as it appeared in the picture. However there was no bath in the tiny bathroom and my baby had to shower with my husband which was unsettling. It was also way over priced for such a small room.<div>A lot more can be said about how Ilita Lodge should improve but they are under new management and I hope that these aspects will be addressed soon.<br /><div><div><br /><div><br /></div></div></div></div>"
"<div>Ilita lodge does not deserve a single star. The place has been run into the ground with poorly trained staff. </div><div></div><div>To mention a few problems: the room we had booked was not available; mattresses sag; no mattress cover (bed protector) onlya well-worn fitted sheet; towels thread bare and torn; stained bathmat; bed lights and wall heater connected to the same plug so that heater remains on if you use the lights. No hot water in the bathroom until Management decides to put geysers on late afternoon / early evening (we had an icy shower before attending a function).</div><div></div><div>Such a pity, as the view from the Lodge is beautiful and the place has potential. However, we cannot recommend this establishment and will not use it again.</div><div>This review does not allow me to give the Lodge no stars, so its ticked as one but should have none</div>"
"Our stay was wonderful! It is a nice and quiet environment and the accommodation was excellent!"
"Very charming staff, comfortable bed and special view. Worth a stay. Bath and shower access a bit demanding, even if you are fit."
"It was a great stay. The overall comment is that it was excellent and I would definitely recommend it to anybody wanting to holiday in the area. My stay was more than a 5 Star breakaway, and thank you for a home-away-from-home."
"We spent two lovely nights at Ilita recently and were very happy with the friendly, thoughtful accommodation. The view is stunning and the braai we had on Saturday evening was wonderful."
"We enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable. We will stay longer next time. Su & John Quinn"
