30 Alikreukel is an affordable and comfortable self-catering apartment, ideally located in the secure Alikreukel complex just 200m from the beach in Hartenbos. It is also 100m from the Atkv centre with shops, restaurants, playpark and indoor swimming pool. The unit sleeps max 4 adults 2 children. The apartment is fully equipped for self-catering and includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a small upstairs kitchenette, and a living and dining room. Two of the bedrooms are downstairs (double beds with fans). The third bedroom is upstairs (2 single beds). The downstairs bathroom has bath and a shower facility. The upstairs bathroom has shower only. Linen are supplied in the rooms. (No towels). The downstairs kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes an oven and hob, a microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble-dryer, and all other necessary appliances. The small upstairs kitchenette features a bar fridge, and tea and coffee-making facilities.The comfortable downstairs living and dining area boasts a TV with DSTV and a DVD player, and a six-seater dining table and chairs. In addition, there is an upstairs TV room. The apartment also offers indoor braai facilities. Secure shading parking is provided for one vehicle. The Alikreukel complex offers guests a communal swimming pool and outdoor braai facilities. These facilities are only for guests of Alikreukel and not for visitors. A Once off cleaning fee of R300 is payable on arrival. The unit is located on second floor (no lift).
