Villa Bouillon, Magersfontein is a duet development, with two mirror image double storey units. Each floor in every unit can be used either as two separate apartments, or as a single apartment, for the bigger family group.
The ground-floor apartments each have a separate entrance. The top floor apartments in each unit have a communal stairway leading to a foyer with separate doors to each apartment.
The two units are roughly 250 meters from the sea and about 350 meters from the entertainment area in Hartenbos. The entertainment area has an amusement park, hot water swimming pool, restaurant, venue halls and in December is alive with flea market stalls.

20 July 2015"Villa Bouillon, 'n lekker blyplekkie in Hartenbos naby alles gelee wat belangrik is.<div>Die mense is baie vriendelik en behulpsaam.</div><div>Die 2 weke verblyf het aan al ons node voorsien en kan ons nie vir beter gevra het nie.Verseker sal ons weer kyk of hierdie plekkie beskikbaar is vir ons volgende vakansie in Hartenbos.</div>"
