When it comes to spiritual enlightenment, it all starts with the self. The Lapis Lazuli crystal helps us go deep within our spirits to awaken our true destiny and divine purpose, and this is the energy of Lazuli Bush Lodge.
Lazuli Lodge is a luxurious and discreet self-catering game lodge, accommodating up to eight people, situated within Kuleni, a securely fenced nature park 18 kilometres from Hluhluwe. It stands in 150 hectares of pristine, indigenous sand forest in the heart of the Elephant Coast on the eastern seaboard of South Africa. Lazuli is a secluded, secure and private haven where one can be alone or with friends, lying at the private swimming pool or sitting around the fireplace and enjoy quiet walks and view the trees, the birds and the plains game.

22 December 2016"We stayed at iZungla for two nights in December. What an amazing place! THe manager, Lizelle, was so professional, yet warm and welcoming. The place itself is decorated so tastefully and to experience nature in such a way, was fantastic - huge wooden sliding doors open the lodge up to the bush so that interior and exterior merge. The place is very well priced and when you book, the lodge is your's exclusively for the duration of your stay. iZungla will definately see us again!"

11 January 2013"We enjoyed our stay at iZungla for 3 nights and would have loved to stay longer. If one is looking for relaxation, likes privacy and peaceful and tranquil environment he can't find something better. The lodge is also very tastefully furnished. Unfortunately we did not see game around the house. Some small things need maintainence though."

04 November 2009"Reserve was beyond expectations ,we saw game every time we went on one of the walks, and on our arrival, after a very long drive ,saw two wildebeest on the road .The lodge was very well equipped and much larger than we expected. The bedrooms were relaxing , but we felt the entrance door needed a curtain.Lizelle the manager was very helpful ,and Promise the maid kept the lodge and bedrooms spotless.Thanks for a great holiday."

23 September 2008"There are few words that can describe our wonderful stay at iZungla Lodge. Not even the bad weather could dampen our spirits as we cuddled up in front of the fire place with some excellent wine and great friends. The rooms provided perfect privacy for romantic bush baths and there are few things that can compete with lying in the beautiful four poster beds, with the crisp white linen and cosy duvet, all the doors open and just switching off and taking it all in... Or if you were as lucky as my boyfriend who went for an early morning walk and found himself within meters of a graceful giraffe family! I recommend iZungla lodge to anyone who can appreciate nature, solitude, a beautiful environment and luxurious living. "
