"Best place for travelling to. Gives good nature viewing. 4 star lodge and spa facilities. I ENJOYED my stay there. The only aspect that need improvement is food. Cooking needs some improvement. I think they can do better than they are doing at the moment. The staff is very good freandly and caring. Keep it up. The river cruise was excellent hope the weather will co operate next time around."

"We decided to overnight at Jozini on our return trip thru Swaziland back to Durban. Wish I could say it was awesome, but I have to be honest we were a little dissapointed. A lodge with all the makings of a great place, was tainted, unfortunately, by a number of little "niggles". An hour long food order debarkle...first half a menu available, then our order not available and then the order arrives with onions when we specifically requested NO onions as my husband cant eat them. After a long day travelling, a simple sandwich became an impossible task and incredibly frustrating as a guest! We received very little apology too. Then we were advised of a wedding which had completely consumed the attention of staff left non-wedding guests neglected and unable to use facilities. Prior notification should have been a priority. The simple use of a swimmimg pool at an hotel is a reasonable expectation, especially for a family with kids. We did receive a very polite note in our room, but this was too little to late, considering we were already at the lodge. There was also a large group at the resort for a graduation and a very loud "parking lot" boom-boom function was disrupting for other guests. So much for a tranquil retreat. I have to say that certain staff members were very polite, gracious and eager to help but unfortunatley the over-all running issues I have mentioned, along with a few others, left a mark on our stay."

"What a wonderful location, truly relaxing and definitely peaceful. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The food was great and the chief very accommodating. Perfect bounding time was had with the kids. Thank you guys."
