  "The accommodation was neat, tasteful, clean and comfortable. They provided us with water, milk, & went out of their way to bring a huge umbrella for the private garden area. It was a hot night so a flat sheet on the bed would have been helpful as the air-conditioner was rather noisy & unfortunately some noisy evening farm equipment.Good security & Louise gave us easy access in and out."

  "We spent 2 nights at The Fox's Lair and enjoyed this place a lot. Well equipped, clean and cosy house in great location: 10 minutes drive to Augrabies Falls National Park. Louise was a very good host and made sure that we had a peaceful and pleasant stay with our two doggies. We can highly recommend this place."

  "This was one of the highlights of our trip to the west coast. If I had known it was as good as it was we would have stayed an extra night. The accommodation was modern and well-equipped and the small garden was a pleasure to sit in with a braai and wood laid on. Best of all, Louise was the perfect host and did everything to make our short stay a pleasant one. I would definitely return, even it was a bit out of our way."

  "The signage to Fox's Liar could be improved. Reading a black sign while driving into the setting sun was impossible! The accomodation itself was absolutely stunning and the owner's suggestion of Augrabies river lodge for supper directed us to a delicious, inexpensive meal."

  "I loved having a small private garden where one could sit and see the beautiful mountains through the gate. There was also a braai provided. I also loved the way the cottage was well furnished and equipped with everything one needed. It is very peaceful and restful. We would definitely like to stay there again if we go to Augrabies."

  "Dit was baie aangenaam. Die plekkie was mooi skoon en die beddegoed het nie na rook geruik soos by baie van die ander plekke nie. Die katte en hondjie het ons baie lag besorg en het dit soos huis laat voel. Sal beslis weer daar oorslaap. Dankie vir 'n wonderlike plek en goeie diens. It was very pleasant. The place was clean and the bedding did not smell like smoke like a lot of the other places. The cats and little dog provided much laughter and made it feel like hom. Will definitely visit again. Thank you for a wonderful place and great service."

  "Was very comfortable and welcoming especially after a long day on the road. All amenities very high standard. One consideration/suggestion, perhaps ensure outside lights can be put off from inside? We wanted to sit outside without interference from the outside light but couldn't find any place to switch off.Stay really very comfortable and would definitely consider staying there again were I in the area."
