    "I understand the Hotel is old and been around a long time.but they need to spend time fixing the small things.we had no hot water, if the guest next door showered at the same time, there was no water pressure.the shower tap does not indicate which is hot or cold, a huge waste if water.the plugs are incorrectly fitted, on off switch.the whole hotel smelt like food the whole time.attention to detail is needed"
