Beauchamp Place

Beauchamp Place is a country-style guest house located on the banks of the Knysna Lagoon. It is conveniently situated close to the main road and only a 20-minute walk from the centre of town.

Beauchamp Place offers a warm and welcome atmosphere, with six Double rooms, two Family Rooms and five Garden Rooms, all en-suite. The rooms are all equipped with tea and coffee-making facilities, TVs, radio clocks, fans and heaters, safes and private entrances, with private balconies or doors to the garden. All our rooms have views over the Knysna Lagoon.

The guest house features a cosy lounge area with DStv and a fireplace for those cold winter nights. Come and enjoy a wonderful continental or English breakfast in our breakfast room or on the patio, with a beautiful view of the lagoon and Knysna Heads. Relax at the clear swimming pool with braai facilities, while the kids play on the trampoline.

Go for wonderful hikes and cycling in the Knysna Forrest or a cruise on the Knysna Lagoon to Knysna Heads. Enjoy the beaches around Knysna or visit Monkeyland, Birds of Eden, Wolf Sanctuary and Cat Farm or just go fishing on the lagoon.

Enjoy a round of golf or for the more adventurous, there is bungee jumping, paragliding and horse riding. Eat some fresh out-of-the-water oysters or try some of Knysna's various great restaurants and dont forget to do some shopping.
