Ladismith Mountainview Bed and Breakfast / Guesthouse, your "Home from home" in sunny Ladismith, the Gem of the Klein Karoo, invites you for a great stay with friendly service and warm hospitality. Drive through the Klein Karoo along the beautiful and well-known Route 62 and come and relax with us in Ladismith.
We offer luxurious and comfortable accommodation which includes a swimming pool, satellite TV, laundry service, private parking and internet/fax facilities. All our rooms are equipped with airconditioning and television sets. Evening meals are available on request and are taken in the Dining Room in the main house. The Dining Room has an inside barbecue which provides a warm and cosy atmosphere.
Our Guesthouse are situated in a quiet residential area, within walking distance from the town centre and restaurants. Since we farmed in the district for many years, we know the areas surrounding the town very well. We do sightseeing trips in Ladismith, as well as day tours in the surrounding areas and farms.
Mountainview Bed and Breakfast consists of:

12 July 2019"I booked into the self-catering and got chalet L. This place is a dump. The windows don't close properly so the wind rattles the blinds. More alarming is the workshop yard outside the main bedroom window. The dogs in the area are aggressive and bark all night long. If sleeping in prison is your thing, then this may work for you."

And that the swimming pool, DSTV and Wifi listed, is part of the B&B and not the self catering cottage. The self catering cottage was huge and the Stella was friendly, very accommodating and waited for us to arrive until midnight. We had car trouble. The downside, no air conditioning or swimming pool and the temperatures ranged from 30 to 37 degrees celsius. We will not go back and our kids were miserable, there is not much entertainment for small children.<br /><br />Charlene Haycock<br />"

01 October 2012"Lovely rooms. Could have enjoyed my stay more. Although the receptionist was very kind and helpful, the language barrier with everyone else made me feel a bit left out (especially at the bar). Pretty good food, but dinner was served quite late."
