"Late booking made on road, cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances nightmare"

"Cancellation policy for December-No refunds at allBooked this establishment on the 14th late afternoon on way to Cape Town, but due to issues on the road phoned them around 4 hours later to cancel booking. They advised no issue and will let me know about refund. Now on the Wendsday get email to say they advised non refund will be done in December. As with lekkerslaap and a dishonest establishment will never use either of parties involve and advise potential customers not to either via all social and electronic services available"
