The Quiver Tree
Accommodation suitable for couples looking for a quiet break. Our no children or babies policy just adds to the peace and quiet. We take a maximum of 2 adults in a double bedded room, single beds are not available.
The Quiver Tree is situated on its own 5 acre smallholding, has views of the Cedarberg Mountains and the rolling acres of South Africa's West Coast Strand veld.
The guest accommodation is in a separate wing of the house with its own entrance. The room has a double bed with bedding, a shower and a hand basin, hand and bath towels are provided. The toilet is separate it is located just outside the room. The room is also individually alarmed and has full package DSTV, a heater, hairdryer, a bar fridge, toaster, crockery, ceiling fan, as well as tea and coffee-making facilities.
Free Wi-Fi is available.
We have a strict NO SMOKING policy in the WHOLE GUEST WING, smoking is allowed OUTSIDE ONLY.
If you are found to be smoking in any part of the guest wing you will be asked to leave without a refund.
No kitchen is available so no cooking even with your own equipment is allowed in the room or guest wing. We do have braai facilities.
The solar heated pool and braai area has tables, chairs, sunbeds and braai utensils provided.
Please bring with own towels for the beach and pool.
Bookings from 2 to 7 nights only due to not being fully self catering.
We are situated in a very quiet area but still within 3 kilometers of Mykonos, the shopping mall, the golf course and the lagoon. We are 7 kilometers from Langebaan main beach and restaurant area.
No children or babies. Two Adults maximum.

10 August 2015"We arrived at the Quivertree B&B just after 6pm on Friday evening. We were greeted by the sweet scent of jasmine. After ringing the bell, we were greeted by our host, Glen.<div><br /></div><div>He showed us the rooms which was very neat and tidy. We then brought in our luggage and left to have supper at Mykonos.</div><div><br /></div><div>I would rather take my own towels as the towels provided was as rough as sandpaper and made scratch marks when drying yourself. Ironically there were stasoft under the beds, probably for the ventilation, which could have been used for rinsing the towels.The room itself did not have any ventilation vents, that explained the stasoft.</div><div><br /></div><div>We were away all day on Saturday and came back and had a braai. Well equipped facilities there. The pool was out of bounds due to the weather.</div><div><br /></div><div>We left on Sunday morning . A very pleasant stay was had by all.</div>"

Our host Glen was very nice and helpful and offered a great breakfast. He also taught us about all the animals in this area and gave us recommendations for excursions. Unfortunately this B&B definitely don't have a heated pool. The water was ice cold. Therefor I was very dissapointed. <br />"
