  "We enjoyed how peaceful the place was,the pool area,lapa with the braai place and the play park with it green lawns for the kiddies that enjoyed themselves to the brim,the cottage was well equipped and had everything we needed and very clean just be sure to bring extra food stuffs if you dnt plan on driving to nearest shop which is in town but we came prepared.A definite must return maybe to 1 of the owners other accomodation homes."

  "Myself and company had the most amazing time at Goedemoed Cottage, we arrived on the 30th December to a beautiful clean cottage, well stocked with everything you could need to make your stay comfortable,and our Host the manager of the establishment Marinda i think was her name was very accommodating to us aswell.<br/><br/>it was a very lovely experience to be there surrounded by the mountains only and to have the place entirely to ourselves, and the best part is that each of the establishments on the farm has their own pool so you dont have to share with anybody, absolutely loved this. will definitely we returning.<br/><br/>"

  "<br /><div>We loved our stay at Goedemoed Farmhouse. It is fantastically remote although actually only about a 7 minute drive from Montagu. It is spotless and beautifully furnished with a wonderful farmhouse feel. We will definitely be back and bring friends!</div>"

  "Its a lovely place , but it would be nice to have know before hand that there is no signal. We had a lovely time there,but the booking in and out was not so good . We got there late due to roadworks between Ashton and Montagu. I was called the morning from the lady were she advice me that they will be out of town but she will send me a SMS with a contact number for the key. I phone the land line number as no one was picking up the cell phone number just to advice that we are in Montagu, however the guy that pick the phone had no clue of were the key or who the person is from whom we must get the key from. I had my phone GPS on to the place Goedemoeg Accommodation, I was advice we at the wrong place. The Lady that was there was nice and friendly she assist us to the place. but still we had no key to go in. If it wasn't for the Lady's mother that was living there close by to the place I had no idea were we would have slept. The husband got us a key after he had to go in to the lady's house. Had a nice time the Saturday for my partner's birthday until we had to book out again. The remote of the gate didn't work :( we had to wait in the sun in frat of the gate until the guy come. With that because there is no signal, he had to drive back to his home to get a other key to open gate manually.I was not impress at all.<div><br /></div>"

  "We stayed one night at Goedemoed a couple of weeks ago. We would like to have stayed longer as the cottage was so comfortable and spotless. This is definitely first class accommodation with a beautiful pool and well worth more than the modest rates quoted. Goedemoed (located about 35 Km beyond Montagu) is the perfect spot to overnight or spend a couple of days if you are exploring South Africa's route 62."

  "A delightful destination. A little drive out of town, but well worth the trip. Unit was spacious and spotlessly clean. Linen was crisp and top quality. We always appreciate privacy, and this we enjoyed from our veranda at the foot of the mountain with only the peach orchard between us. (Only thing I could have wished for was a bath as I prefer that to a shower)."

  "Beautiful rooms, great hospitality. Highlight was a short mountain bike ride to the top of the koppie. Need to come back and have an evening fire in the boma! We also loved the rock formations, cyphostemma, aloe Ferox and other amazing succulents."
