It is situated in a very secure area very up market golf estate. Big two bedroom flat approximately 220sqm. Sleeps six people in two bedrooms with full en-suite bathrooms. Big lounge and kitchen, full laundry DSTV. It is situated on the 13th fairway on the Mossel Bay Golf Estate. The fairway is ten paces away from fairway. There is lots of secure parking. The house has uninterrupted golf & sea views and is two km away from centre of town. You can wake up with the sound of waves and whales are sighted every day in whale season. Pinnacle golf course is just around the corner and it was voted in the top ten new golf courses in the world.

We would sit at the side of the fairway and watch the golfers go by whilst sipping our glass of wine.Words cannot describe how nice it was to spend the Scottish winter sat in the sun at the side of the golf course."
