  "I wasted my R1200. No one was there to receive us until we make a call to the owner. We made our own bed. I was hoping that the owner will call and get feedback before I do my review but heard nothing from her"

  "We stayed 3 nights here, and although the host was away at the time, she made sure we were looked after well in her absence. Lennox was very helpful and attentive, and we had the best experiences in Soweto thanks to Lennox's help in getting around in the shared taxis of Joburg! <br/>Our room was comfortable, the ensuite bathroom was grand - the house interior is tired but squeaky clean and our bed was super size and very firm, just how we like it, with good linen.<br/>We had free use of the kitchen, which was adequately equipped, and cleaned daily.<br/>We also felt safe here, and got the sense that the residents in this area look out for each other and the guests to this part of town. <br/>I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Soweto."

  "we liked our stay in Zizwe Guesthouse which was situated in Soweto near Mandelas House<br />..the rooms are big and everythings was very clean. we sat in the small garden and got a very good breakfast.<br />"

  "Zizwe guest house a spotlesly clean nd homely establishment. The owner is very hospitable nd friendly. Very convienient because it next to places of interest and shopping complexes. I would recommend Zizwe to anyone who is looking for a wonderful township experience. I will go back to Zizwe wheneverI am around Soweto."

  "A lovely little homelike accommodation, 8 houses from Mandela museum, nice and clean room and bathroom, a tasty breakfast, but the most important is the owner, a wonderful touching woman who likes to tell about the life in Soweto today and in the time of apartheid, perfect for people who are interested in the real city life of South Africa!"

  "A good taste of SA more than 30 years ago. The warmth,the homeliness, the ubuntu, the rich heritage. A taste of living in the township with the necessary modern world amenities at its best. Already miss the evening sundowners in the front garden, listening to the beating of the drums in the neighbourhood. And a stone's throw away from all the most important tourist attractions in Soweto. What more can a visitor ask for? Can't wait to return with the family!!!"
