We are situated in beautiful Simon's Kloof, directly above the quaint historic maritime village of Simon's Town. All our bedrooms have uninterrupted panoramic views of False Bay and the mountains.
All the rooms have access to a guest lounge and kitchenette, and open onto large covered guest balconies with comfortable, quality, hardwood outdoor furniture. Here you can relax, enjoy a sundowner and soak in the lovely views and the activities of the yacht club, and the naval base.
From July to November, you can watch and hear the Southern Right whales.
Four sea-facing en-suite bedrooms with TV, two with double beds and two with single beds. Guest lounge and kitchenettes suitable for preparing simple meals: Equipped with microwave, kettle, under-counter fridge, toaster, cutlery and crockery.
Self-catering options minimum booking of two days. For travellers who prefer a more flexible meal option we can offer:
Private Sea facing two bedroom apartment with separate entrance, two sea facing bedrooms, each with bathroom en-suite and TV. Private sitting room, kitchenette and covered balcony. There is a sleeper couch in the lounge suitable for one medium size small adult or two children.

There is a sleeper couch in the lounge suitable for one medium size small adult or two children. A sea facing en suite double bedroom with own TV, covered balcony without breakfast. The kitchenette is supplied with crockery, cutlery, and glasses. It has a microwave, kettle and toaster.
Optional extra breakfast: A full cold or hot breakfast of your choice is served in the main dining room or the balconies. Here you can get advice and local tips to help you plan your day.
All options also have wireless Internet available and off-street parking under security lights.

03 July 2013"The Albatross was really lovely, warm, beautiful view and well equipped. We could have easily stayed longer. The host was friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfy and it seemed like they had thought of everything. It would have been perfect if the tv tuned in properly but otherwise the kids and I really enjoyed our stay.The stairs to get to the apartment might be challenging for some although we didn't struggle. I really appreciated the wifi as well! Excellent value for money!"
