31 October 2016"My husband & I spent our first year wedding anniversary at Cradle Health Spa and we had a wonderful time during our stay.<br/><br/>I was a bit unsure of what to expect as I had read some reviews that the receptionists were unfriendly and unhelpful, however, upon arrival we were greeted with a smile and the receptionist showed us around & to our room (Number 10). <br/><br/>The rooms are lovely with a high king-size bed, however, we did find the pillows a bit uncomfortable as we prefer feather pillows (perhaps consider bringing your own). Also consider bringing your own swimming towels. Furthermore, complimentary waters in the fridge would have been much appreciated and a nice touch especially since our stay coincided with a heat wave!<br/><br/>The surroundings are very beautiful and tranquil, and overall the space made us feel very relaxed. The service at the small restaurant is quick and friendly, and the food was great!<br/><br/>We both had a 30min aromatherapy massage which was average, and I had a gelish manicure and classic pedicure which were also average. Perhaps the spa could consider a separate room or simply better lighting for nail treatments as it was quite dark in the treatment room and I could tell my therapist was struggling a bit to see. Aircons in the treatment rooms will also work wonders for those extra hot days!<br/><br/>The prices for accommodation and treatments are not bad which is great if you want a relaxing weekend away that won't cost a fortune!<br/><br/>Overall, we had a lovely time, and we'll be sure to go back some day when we need a bit of relaxation."
