"From what I can make out, this property is under new ownership. I booked the flat, which clearly stated on my booking that this included rooms 6 and 7 (2 bedrooms). However, when I queried why room 7 in the flat was locked, the owner/manager got very argumentative with me and told me for what I was paying I only got one bedroom! I even showed him my booking and he kept arguing. I stood my ground, saying if the price meant one bedroom, he needed to take it up with Safarinow and not me. Eventually he gave in (very huffily and rudely) and told the receptionist to open the room. I was shocked at his rudeness and lack of hospitality and will definitely never stay there again. His loss, since my daughter has just started studying at Rhodes and we will be there regularly. The garden also looked uncared for, the pool was covered and there were various small things in the flat that needed maintenance - window that didnt shut properly, kitchen cupboard doors coming loose, wobbly taps etc. The place was clean though, and breakfast was good, so there were some redeeming features."

"Very hospitable host. Nice spacious room, good breakfast and well organized. However we would have preferred a stand-alone shower, not over the bath. Would I stay again? Yes if I could have a stand-alone shower. My score 8 out of 10."
