Groenvy Farmhouse

Groenvy Farmhouse cannot be called a cottage; its a proper farmhouse that was built close to the main farmhouse only a few years ago, and is a mere 500 m from Beloftebos wedding venue.

Groenvy Farmhouse features a huge lawn in front of the big patio and a green fig tree in the courtyard at the back, a spacious living area with a fireplace, and an open-plan kitchen featuring cupboards all cut from the black wood trees that grow by the river running past Beloftebos.

The farmhouse can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests in four bedrooms, with two more guests in the living area on request. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed, a walk-in dressing room and an en-suite with a bath and a shower. The second bedroom contains a double bed, and the third and fourth bedrooms each contain twin single beds. These three rooms share a second bathroom with a shower and a bath. Linen and towels are also provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with tea, coffee and rusks provided on arrival. There is a large comfortable lounge and dining area with a fireplace. The large patio features outdoor furniture and built-in braai facilities, and wood is provided for guests' use. The farmhouse also has its own dam for swimming.
