The two rooms have en-suite bathrooms. One room also has a private balcony where guests can relax after a long day.
The Protea Room has a kitchenette with microwave oven, toaster and kettle as well as crockery and cutlery. The TV has a chrome cast and with free wi-fi you are able to stream all your favourite apps. The room also has a covered braai area.
The Apartment offers two bedrooms furnished with a double bed and a bunk bed respectively, and the rooms share a bathroom with a bath and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, kettle and toaster, and guests also have a private braai area.
Stilbaai has a few beaches where guests can relax and soak up the sun or enjoy angling, kitesurfing, sailing and canoeing. The area has a rich marine life in the river estuary, as well as a large variety of bird life. Guests can go hiking, golfing, view the whales from July to October, or visit the Pallingat to view the tame eels being fed for a unique experience.

19 November 2018"Wow we had a wonderful time is this place, my Kids enjoyed it so much, enough space on their room, everything was just wonderful. The Braai area was so enjoyable, my kids were playing in that space while I was braaing for the family, the Walk to the beach we all enjoyed, still water between the River and Sea, wow my Kids enjoyed swimming there. I was so lovely, thank you so much for this wonderful service. The owners are very friendly. We are going back sometime next year.RegardsLesley Tofu"

11 August 2015"Ankergooi is a well equiped, clean and comfortable facility that catered to our every need. It is situated in a piece of paradise (Stilbaai). Add to that the welcoming, warm hospitality of the owners and you have the perfect holiday destination. We just needed a place to overnight but were blown away by the extras on offer (including (i) breathtaking scenary, (ii) beaches and top quality restuarants and shops within easy walking distance, (iii) hiking and walking trails galore - our favourite walk the one along the river to the harbour, etc). Too much to mention..."
