"This venue cannot be callled luxury. Plastic suction cup hooks as bathroom rails. Plastic toilet seat. No toilet roll holder. No frill on bed base. Electrical wires just lying all over the place. Met by a lady who never introduced herself just his behind the door and said "don't come close as I am sick' pointed to the room and that was that. Extremely poor reception."
