  "I was greeted through a window by an extremely unfriendly lady, who purely asked me, "have you been here before" no, "drive around the back your parking is on the grass" " You need to be out before 10" No further interaction was made, we had to figure out where everything was. This is definitely not a Bed and Breakfast. You are clearly told everywhere that you should leave the place as you found it. If you want someone else to clear your dishes, you had to leave R50 additional. An open 5 liter bottle was left by the kettle. There was ants everywhere. The fridge was dirty, I did not even bother to try and use the cutlery as I did not trust the cleanliness. We had to search for extra blankets as it was quite cold. Luckily we had our own cutlery, which we used. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone. Be extremely careful before you book it."

  "Ongelukkig was daar 'n paar foute wat verbeter kan word nl, die mikrogolf werk nie, baie ongerieflik sonder 'n gesigwasbak in die onderste kamer, daar is slegs 2 wynglase en 3 teelepels vir 4 persone. Vullisdrom in kombuis hopeloos te klein. Die laaste aand was daar ook geen tv verbintenis."

  "We really enjoyed our stay. Nice and clean. Everything we needed were available in the flat. We will go back as soon as we can. We had a wonderfull time. The must needed rain came and we could sit back and relax while enjoying the rain.. Thank you for a wonderfull stay."

  "The view fantastic. The accommodation average. Braai facilities below standard for a seaside establishment. I still fail to understand why guests have to leave before 10.00 , especially if there are no bookings for the next day. Payment is made for 2 full days. The whole place needs attention and a loving hand. It is such a great location !!!"

  "The landlady was very friendly and accomodating. The room had a wonderful, unobstructed view of the ocean. Beautiful walk along the coastline. Shop is a short car ride away. As can be expected of a cottage by the sea is some rusting around the edges."

  "Rosilou has the most beautiful sea view thats why we went there twice already. The place itself is big enough for a holiday but the beds are a bit noisy and the mattresses needs to be replaced, but for the rest it is value for money."

  "Our stay at Rosilou was absolutely fantastic. The accommodation was neat and tidy, the sea view was therapeutic and the venue centrally located. Rosilou is highly recommended. A must when we venture out to Struisbaai again."

  "We were not very happy with our stay at Rosilou. It was very cold, no heaters, no bed mats, no blankets. Not even a basin in the one bathroom. No soap, cream or shampoo. There was an opened 5l can of water to use, we had to hunt to find some coffee and the mugs. We will not advise anybody to stay there and note it is not a B&B only accommodation. There are notes up everywhere ordering you to do your own washing up after using the kitchen, not to open a door or move a chair. The cupboards is full of their private stuff."
