The utility area at the far end contains a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble-dryer.

The attractive lounge has patio doors leading onto the wrap-around deck and it offers dazzling white leather sofas, an enormous coffee table, luxurious accessories, a fireplace and a 40-inch flat screen TV with DStv and a DVD player. The wrap-around deck runs along two sides of the property. There is a sun deck with pool and glorious double-aspect views at the front, and an exterior dining and braai area to the side.
