Kloofzicht Estate - The Farmhouse

The lovely community of Tulbagh is located about 4 kilometres from Kloofzicht Estate, which is the first wine estate as you approach the valley from the Nuwekloof Pass. This rural property for self-catering guests is located in a peaceful farm environment with views of the dam and surrounding mountains.
This two-story, thatched farm home can accommodate eight to ten people. The home offers three bedrooms, a downstairs living room and dining space, and a sizable open-plan kitchen. The two further bedrooms and an additional lounge are located upstairs. The farmhouse kitchen boasts a double oven, a dishwasher, a large fireplace, and marble countertops. The kitchen opens up to an outdoor gathering space with a 14-seat table and a barbecue. The 14 m swimming pool is accessible from the terrace. All of this is close to a dam that offers safe swimming and rowing as well as good bass fishing. For intimate weddings, parties, and celebrations, this location is perfect.
We have four dogs on the property, and they occasionally stop by to say hi to guests. This location is not suitable for anyone who is allergic or who is afraid of dogs. The property can sleep up to ten people, but the rates shown only apply to eight. For groups larger than eight, a modest extra rate will be applied. All long weekends, Tulbagh festival weekends, and school holidays are charged at peak season prices. Bring your own decoder if you want to watch more channels on the TV in the farmhouse.
