Perfect Penthouse 514

Perfect Penthouse is a self-catering apartment located on the fifth floor of a large, secure holiday resort on the North Coast of KwaZulu-Natal. The resort is only five minutes away from the King Shaka International Airport, five minutes from the reputable Sibaya Casino and Mangwanani African Spa, and within walking distance to the quaint and secure town and beach.

Perfect Penthouse is open plan, with a large TV lounge and kitchen all in one. The kitchen is fully equipped and contains a large fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, stove and oven, and all required crockery and cutlery. The apartment has both hot and cold air-conditioning, and the lounge features a 42 flat screen TV with DSTV (please bring your own card) and a DVD player with complementary DVDs. There is a queen-size bed and a queen-size sleeper couch, with linen, towels.

In addition, Perfect Penthouse features a balcony with dramatic sea views. The complex has electronic security access and patrol, and secure undercover parking is provided for guests' use. Within the complex are two large communal swimming pools and one toddler splash pool, as well as a lovely scenic shaded barbecue area.

"We used this place for our weekend visit to Durban as a family (on the 10-12th of June 2016). The apartment has direct view of the ocean and its located about 100m from the beach. You literally walk to the beach. It is kids-friendly, clean, well kept, fitted with aircon, utensils and it's also loaded with movies on the hard drive (in case you plan to spend time indoors). What a pleasure it was to deal with the owner (Stuart). He was always available to assist with our queries. We loved the easy access to the main Freeway network (N2 & M4). Great dining places and a Spar supermarket within walking distance. I would definitely use this place again when I'm in Durban. Remember to keep doors closed because monkeys are always on the lookout for a chance to raid the fridge."

"<p>My experience at the perfect penthouse was wonderful. The girls and I had a lovely fun stay. Kitchen and bath-roomwere neat and tidy and we had everything that we needed. The only issue we had was obviously the water restriction issue, which was beyond anybody's control. Also, we were only given two sheets, pillow cases and pillows for the sleeper couch. There was no blanket / duvet inner / comforter. The girls who slept on the couch had a little bit of a cold night. Other than that it was awesome. The view was breath-taking and the pool and braai facilities were also very well-kept. Thank you to Stuart for a great experience.</p>"

"This is a lovely and neat place, but I do have a few complaints:1. Booking in and getting the keys was very unorganized.2. In the 6 nights we stayed there, a cleaner only came in twice.3. We also never received clean towels during our stay.4. We had to supply our own toilet paper.Apart from the hygiene and admin issues it is a neat place."
