    "The apartment is comfortable, parking safe and it is about 30 mins walk around CTICC and back into the waterfront. More direct access to the waterfront has been sealed off by the canal which is a pity as closer walking access would make this ideal. It is a quick drive there however or one could hop on the many canal boats for a quick access into waterfront. Generally we would recommend the apartment which is absolutely fine for a base to explore C Town area."
