Draai-Ma-In B&B is situated in the small town of Vrede, known for its hospitality and friendly people. At Draai-Ma-In, guests can expect comfortable and neat accommodation. We offer two self-catering cottages and two guest rooms in the main house. Breakfasts and dinners are available on request.
Enjoy country hospitality in this spacious dwelling. The pretty little town of Vrede lies in what is described as the spine of the Drakensberg, surrounded by rolling hills covered in highveld grass and home to a particularly striking sandstone church. Situated just off the N3, north east of Harrismith and virtually on the border of Mpumalanga, Vrede is on the main route from Johannesburg to the North Coast and is thus an automatic stopover.
Today Vrede is not only the agricultural hub of a large maize, wheat, mutton, wool, beef and dairy farming region, but it is also the perfect place to lay one's hat for a time. There are numerous hikes, mountain biking trails, areas for caving, abseiling and rock climbing, and the town offers quaint little pubs, restaurants and arts and crafts shops.

13 June 2021"Ceilings in mossie room need to be checked. Both nights i stayed there the couple next door were talking and i could hear every word. This carried on untill 23:00!! I even woke up to their snoring."
