The building is fully secured to ensure your safety. Parking is available for guests with vehicles to ensure your peace of mind. The Bay apartments houses a laundry, swimming pool and braai area.

"Yes and no!"
16 December 2017"The spot is second to none! Two minutes from promenade and the view of Table Mountain and Robben Island something to remember forever.However:1. The picture on website is so well taken that the apartment looks double the size that it is. Although enogh space for the two of us if we accommodated each other when together in the kitchen.2. After 30 minutes in the apartment I look at my feet which was pitch black underneath, a sure sign that the floor needs some heavy elbowgrease and not only a mopp.3. The Rental people took three days to figure why we did not have TV Coverage. The owner has not paid his subscription! Surely TV Coverage should be on their check-in list before new people arrive. They had to "import" another decoder as the owner was overseas!4. The toilet was leaking water, luckily into the basin when we arrived, so much so, that Steenbrasdam would have been emptied in a week.5.The slidingdoor to the stoep needed brute force to open it and could not be locked. Once again the Rental Agency should have picked that up.6. I cannot understand why linen is changed on the 5th night of a 7 night stay! Only to be changed 2 days later again when we departed.To the credit of the Rental agency they tried their utmost to rectify the problems which was quickly done except for the TV.Visit again? Maybe with a personal assurance that the aoartment is fully operational.Apart from the above a "lekker" stay."
