This Luxurious Beach House caters to the discerning luxury traveller and is situated in the safe seaside village of Witsand with direct beach access. The villa offers you modern luxurious facilities in a self-catering home right on the beach. Free laundry service, servicing of home including linen and towel changes if you book for 5 days or longer! The home is tastefully furnished with a subtle relaxed seaside feel and showcases art and objet from artists across the African continent. *(Kindly note that these items are valuable and renter to take full responsibility for replacement value of damages)
The entire home is rented out as a unit and sleeps up to ten people comfortably. The house has five spacious bedrooms of which 3 are en-suite bedroom suites and 2 bedrooms share a full bathroom in the more relaxed family friendly downstairs area, and one guest water-closet. The spacious main open-plan living area includes two entertainment areas, a fully equipped chef's kitchen with a separate scullery, dining for ten and sea views. This space includes a covered patio with gas barbecue facilities, lounging and dining area. Downstairs you will find the library or reading lounge with a selection of books, magazines and games as well as a kitchenette for coffee, tea etc. There are also two undercover outside seating areas where guests can relax and enjoy the views. The courtyard includes a fire pit (Braai pit), sun loungers and a splash pool. The property is fully enclosed and has a gate leading onto the beach. All cotton linens and towels are provided as well as guest amenities, hairdryers and cleaning materials for your first night's stay. There is a generator for power outages, and two fishing rods for your use. We can recommend excursions including boat charters etc to make your stay extra special. Truly a luxury home away from home. Please note that there is only access via stairs. Well behaved pets, only toy and very small breeds, are welcome with prior arrangement. Small children are not recommended, but they are welcome provided you take note of the following: There is an open pool, high balconies, valuable art and objet, stairs and only the master suite is accessed from the main living area. Damages resulting will be for your account. Noise restrictions apply so no loud functions. The maximum occupancy is ten persons including children. Our standard rental terms and conditions will apply. Linen, towel changes and basic tidy up service is provided a few times per week for longer bookings. Additional cleaning service on request. "We planned to stay for a week and ended up staying for almost two. We travel extensively both locally and abroad and this is without a doubt the best appointed house we have ever stayed at. The attention to detail is unsurpassed, you can bake a cake, go fishing, cycle or merely sit ion the porch and watch the sea, all your needs are catered for. The house is right on the beach, spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The owner Wendi was an exceptional host, questions and requests are responded to immediately. What an absolute pleasure we will definitely return, hopefully often"
