If you need a wonderful luxurious holiday home, then look no further than this ideal home for you, your family and friends.Witsand is a peaceful coastal village in the whale nursery of South Africa, and boasts stunning white beaches, sand dunes, and is hugged by the Indian Ocean, and the mighty Breede River.This lovely home consists of two levels, with four en-suite bedrooms, of which one sleeps three guests in single beds. The house can sleep nine guests comfortably.The modern living area is in an open-plan layout with sliding doors leading on to a balcony, with river views. The kitchen is well-equipped with a double fridge, freezer to cater for your every need, a gas stove and other facilities. There is an outdoor braai.Riverine has two lounges, both with TVs and DVD players, one with a pool table, and the other with soccer fuzzball; great for kids. Riverine has full DSTV. The dining room seats ten and is extremely spacious.There are scenic trails which are recommended for walks with breath-taking views of the river and ocean where some of the best flora and fauna in Witsand can be found.Come to Witsand and enjoy the pleasures of this quiet safe village, as together with its great fishing spots, warm Indian Ocean, whale life, and interesting spots to picnic and fish next to the river, Riverine is a great holiday getaway situated on the edge of the river.

02 May 2018"Nice large house - good for a crowd. Sufficiently equipped although shortage of bedside lamps and lighting in working order could be improved. Fireplace worked fine, view is great and river is a short walk away. Beach is a quick drive and was great fun for our kids & dog. Would stay there again."

"Winter's stay at Riverine"
21 June 2017"There house was really nice and spacious, but super cold. The fireplace was great once we got it going, but there is definitely an issue with it. You have to leave the bottom drawer open for it to get oxygen, and therefore the place gets smoked out every time you add wood, or start a fire. The pool table was a win as well as the large entertaining area.Unfortunately the house comes with absolutely no condiments or serviettes/roller towel. This was obviously quite annoying when we only realised once we had sat down for supper.I think this should be made clearer in the confirmation email, where it specifically mentions that we needed to bring dishwasher tabs.The host was very efficient and came round immediately when the electricity for the plugs tripped."
