  "A safe complex, in a quiet part of town. 24hr security guard and gate. Unit spacious, and clean. Our only complaint is that even though it was a self catering unit, with hob and microwave, NO pots pans or microwave dishes were provided. Only crockery/cutlery. A call to reception, sorted that problem with a smile. Thank you."

  "See the headline. We were given a larger chalet so that we could choose between a shower and a bath, which was excellent service. Very comfortable and clean. Needing at least a saucepan a mixing bowl and a whisk or beater in the kitchen, though well equipped otherwise with a microwave, stove, kettle, tea/coffee, rusks, milk, Cremora."

  "I made this booking after reading the reviews but I will not recommend Dalrene Lodge at all. This was not good value for money. We chose Dalrene Lodge because it was off the main road of town where trucks pass by. The only positive was the clean sheets. The reception was poor. After numerous calls (cell phone, landline) to say we will be late the phone was answered, not too friendly. We arrived at 19:30 after driving the whole day from Botswana. After reporting to reception we we're left on our own to find the accommodation 3 houses down the road. The kitchen was dirty. The dishcloth was filthy. Only one coffee mug, 2 cups and 1 saucer, dirty cupboard shelves, dirty plates, dirty cutlery drawer and cutlery of which there was also not enough. Needless to say I fetched my own cutlery. No dustbin in the kitchen. Only one chair in the kitchen. The heavy (old?) blanket on the bed was not sufficient for the chilly night with no extras in the cupboard. There was an aircon. The toilet seat, made of compressed wood was disintegrating. Fortunately I only saw that the morning before we left after my husband flipped the seat upwards. Very disappointing."

  "<p>Found facility to be very clean and neat, but maintenance seems to be lacking. Various lights were out, our air conditioner was not working and the stove had no knobs.</p><p>The lights were not fixed even though we have reported it and requested it to be fixed.</p>"

  "We were so surprised seeing this lovely place in such a small town! Dalrene lodge is perfect for sleeping over - classy, well kept, convenient and has good security. We felt very welcome and enjoyed the stay. They will definitely see us again soon! Thank you Kobus and company!!! Uhm....we forgot our own two-pin-plug, so please remember to take your own for cellphone chargers. Other than that, the sleepover was perfect!"

  "Ongelooflik lekker gebly. Gerieflik en netjies. PErsoneel baie behulpsaam met ekstra versoeke wat ons gehad het. Hoogs aan te bevele. Excellent service. Highly recommendable"
