"I was very happy with the check in, the room was great, but the breakfast was a little simple for the R100. Not the best value, but what was on offer was good."

  • "WORST ACCOMMODATION EVER. HATED EVERY MINUT OF IT."

    25 August 2019

"Firstly, I struggle to find my room, there was literally zero assistance from them.Secondly, the bedding did not smell great at all.And then the morning when I had to shower for work, the shower had blood clots in it. The bath tub was just as dirty. And then when i told one of the ladies at reception she was unfazed and unbothered. And now they have given me an incorrect invoice."

"Good location, clean and neat, but as with a lot of similar guest houses, very poor work facilities.<br/>I was in Room 14, only one small oval table with two chairs, the seats of which were higher than the table top! Very uncomfortable to work at.<br/>However, I must commend the staff for finding me accommodation for a second night when SafariNow omitted to check/change my accommodation request"

"<p>We really enjoyed our stay at Church Street Lodge! My mum was ill and they assisted us to find a Pharmacy and the Medi-Clinic. The manager was most helpful. I recommend this venue to anyone staying in Worcester.</p>"

"Your receptionist will be the end death of your business. I've had better service from a Checkers cashier. I gave my room keys to next guest and stayed elsewhere. I am not looking for a refund, please take that money and send your receptionist on training, or a holiday, or therapy."
