The White House Beach Villa

The White House Beach Villa offers three light and spacious bedrooms, one open plan. Situated on the beach, surrounded by indigenous fynbos and overlooking Dassen Island, this white cladded three-storey beach house was designed for comfort and relaxation. From almost every angle in the house guests are offered stunning ocean views, and it is only a two-minute walk along a sandy path to the pristine white beach where you can soak up the sun. Truly a paradise. The entire top floor is the main bedroom comprising a king-size bed with free-standing bath and seamless shower with magnificent views across the sea towards Table Mountain. Percale linen and down duvets are provided throughout, with comfortable contemporary furniture on lime-washed Tasmanian oak floors. The middle floor houses a fully-equipped kitchen with gas/electric stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, as well as two entertainment areas and a dining area with a ten-seater table and folding doors that slide open to create an indoor/outdoor space onto a generous wooden deck. Added to this is a guest bathroom.The ground floor comprises of a screed floor with folding doors opening out onto a vast shelled area with outdoor furniture, and a rustic eight-seater table, outdoor shower, and Weber barbecue. Heating on all floors with a Morso fireplace on the lower level with a private cellar. There are two additional spacious bedrooms (one open plan) with a separate bathroom. Detached from the house is a double garage with additional parking space for two cars. Situated on the Cape West Coast, The White House is only an hour's drive from Cape Town, and access to the Swartland wine farms is a mere 20 minutes away. The villa accommodates a maximum of 6 people and 4 people during the Winter Getaway period (1 June to 31 August).

"We had the most wonderful mid-winter two night stay with our 8 month old andfriends with their 20 month old. This lived up to our expectations, and more.The design of the house means you are private and surrounded by abundant nature. The sound of the surf is constant music and the indigenous garden is a treasure trove for birds. We came back rested, rejuvenated and more than a little in love with this treasure of a home. It is spectacular. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer!"
